Billing, rights, and what you are buying.
What does ViewSees sell?
A hosted AI video generation service. You subscribe for monthly credits and software access. You are not buying hardware, stock footage, or a one-off file pack. Digital service, delivered online.
How do payments work?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions are billed in advance in USD and renew on the same date each month (or year, if you choose annual). You can cancel from your account or by emailing billing@viewsees.com before the next renewal.
Do I own the videos I generate?
You retain rights to your prompts and uploads. Paid Creator and Studio plans include a commercial license to use generated videos in ads, websites, and client work, subject to our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Starter is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
Can I get a refund?
First-time subscribers can request a refund within 7 days if fewer than 5 generations have been used. Consumed credits are not refundable. Details: Refund Policy.
Is adult or deepfake content allowed?
No. ViewSees prohibits sexual content involving minors, non-consensual deepfakes of real people, scams, and other restricted uses. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
