What a credit is
One credit equals one generation of a clip up to 8 seconds at your plan’s max resolution. A 12-second clip uses 2 credits. Failed renders caused by our systems are automatically refunded to your balance. Failed renders caused by a prohibited prompt are not.
Delivery
The service is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment. Access begins as soon as Stripe confirms payment and your account is provisioned — typically within a few minutes.
